As a graduate of Loyola University Chicago with a master’s degree in finance from DePaul University, Parth combines a strong knowledge of Chicago’s North Side with an analytical, detail-oriented perspective. That experience is especially valuable when helping clients compare pricing, lease terms, overall value, and different housing options.

Hardworking, responsive, and straightforward, the goal is to make the apartment-search process feel organized, efficient, and manageable rather than overwhelming.

Outside of real estate, interests include hiking, cooking, working out, following Formula 1, and exploring different parts of Chicago with friends and family.
