With years of experience working with renters, landlords, property management companies, and real estate agents throughout Chicago, Lillian Truong brings a well-rounded perspective to her role as Director of Leasing at Pioneer Realty Group.

Lillian works closely with PRG’s leasing agents to help make the leasing process as smooth and successful as possible. She helps facilitate communication and coordination among agents, landlords, management companies, and renters, providing support throughout the process and helping keep each transaction moving forward.

For Lillian, real estate has always been about people. She enjoys getting to know the agents, clients, landlords, and industry professionals she works with and building relationships that extend well beyond a single lease.

Outside of real estate, Lillian is a huge foodie and is always on the lookout for a new restaurant or hidden gem. She also loves Chicago summers and can often be found at a music, food, or street festival, enjoying everything the city has to offer.
