Nicole Hart brings more than 15 years of residential and commercial property management experience to her work in real estate. After years of overseeing properties and helping navigate the many details that come with them, earning her real estate license was a natural next step. She enjoys helping clients find the right property and making the moving process feel clear, organized, and manageable.

A Hinsdale native, Nicole has lived in the Chicago area for much of her life. Her deep local roots, combined with extensive experience managing properties throughout Chicago, give her a strong understanding of the city and its surrounding communities.

Outside of real estate, Nicole is an animal lover and proud dog mom to Mazee and Onyx. Horses have also been an important part of her family’s life. She splits her time between Chicago, Florida, and a lake house in Wisconsin and is happiest near the water. She also enjoys traveling, discovering great food, listening to live music, and spending time with her family.
