FREE 30-MINUTE BOARD SESSION

One Board Problem.
One Focused Conversation.
A Clearer Next Step.

When a board issue keeps circling without resolution, more discussion is not always the answer. Bring PRG one specific challenge. We will help you organize the facts, identify what is getting in the way, and determine a practical next step.

WHEN THE BOARD FEELS STUCK

You Do Not Need to Solve Everything at Once.

Volunteer boards often inherit complicated histories, incomplete records, strong opinions, and projects that have been delayed for years. Even capable board members can struggle to decide what should happen first.

This session creates a small, manageable starting point. We focus on one defined issue, separate the decision from the surrounding noise, and help the board move from discussion to action.

BRING US ONE OF THESE

Board Problems We Can Help Untangle

The issue does not have to fit perfectly into a category. These are simply examples of productive places to begin.

Governance & Decision-Making

Unclear board roles, stalled decisions, meeting problems, recurring disagreements, or uncertainty about who should handle the next step.

Finances, Assessments & Collections

Budget pressure, delinquent balances, special-assessment planning, reserve concerns, confusing financial workflows, or difficult owner communication.

Rules, Policies & Owner Concerns

Inconsistent enforcement, outdated policies, recurring complaints, sensitive owner requests, or communication that is creating more conflict.

Maintenance, Vendors & Open Projects

A repair that keeps getting delayed, vendor proposals that are hard to compare, missing follow-up, unclear responsibilities, or too many open items.

Capital Projects & Major Repairs

Roofing, masonry, decks, plumbing, insurance-related repairs, project sequencing, owner notices, funding, or oversight questions.

Records, Systems & Management Support

Disorganized documents, lost association history, software or workflow confusion, management transitions, or uncertainty about how much professional support the board needs.

HOW IT WORKS

A Simple Three-Step Process

STEP 1

Tell Us What Is Happening

Complete the short intake form. Describe the issue, what has already been tried, and what outcome the board is hoping to reach.

STEP 2

Book a 30-Minute Conversation

Choose a time that works. A board president or another board member familiar with the issue should attend.

STEP 3

Leave With a Practical Next Step

We will help clarify the real decision, identify missing information, and outline the most useful next action. If PRG support makes sense, we will explain which service may fit—without pressuring the board into a larger package.

COME PREPARED—BUT NOT PERFECTLY PREPARED

What Helps Us Make the Most of 30 Minutes

Before the call, gather only what is most relevant:

1. A one- or two-sentence description of the problem
2. The decision or outcome the board needs
3. What has already been tried
4. Any deadline, meeting date, proposal, or document affecting the issue

You do not need a perfect file or a polished presentation. A clear description is enough to begin.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

Focused Guidance, Not a Sales Pitch.

The purpose of this conversation is to help the board get unstuck. Depending on the issue, the right next step may be gathering a document, clarifying responsibility, organizing proposals, preparing a board decision, consulting a licensed professional, or choosing a better workflow.

PRG may recommend administrative support, coordination, project oversight, or full management when appropriate. We may also tell you that the board can handle the next step on its own.

Important: This session provides practical HOA-management guidance. It is not legal, tax, engineering, insurance, or emergency advice. When the issue requires a licensed professional, we will help the board identify that as the next step.
