(Go Pioneers!) Helen and Sean moved to her home town of Chicago. They began their real estate career as renters, and worked their way up to landlords, all while gaining experience in various aspects of multifamily real estate investment. During their first few years in Chicago, Sean advanced his career through property management, while Helen completed her MBA in Real Estate Finance at DePaul University and excelled as a real estate broker. More recently, she applied and advanced her finance skills while working at Freddie Mac in the multifamily mortgage industry. Equipped with encouragement from friends and family, along with immense love for the local community, they applied all of their experience to build an enterprise that represented their own approach to Real Estate.
